There has been considerable abuse of disability parking bays at UK supermarket car parks, pressure continues to be put on the on site management for better parking control by the disabled customer themselves and local and national disability support groups. The practicality of this varies with each store manager as well as the general policy laid down by the head office of each supermarket group.
