With the rate of population growing daily, not many small or decent sized towns, cities, or states are actually quite ready for the anticipated growth explosion in the rapidly arriving New Year. Coachella Valley is one of those towns that is taking it one step at a time, and planning on being prepared for population growth in the Coachella Valley, and how it will impact the current residents.
