If you think it's hard to find enough knowledge, skilled and talented workers today, then stick around because according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics by the year 2011, the United States will be short some ten million qualified workers. This will also be the year when the oldest of baby-boomers will be eligible for retirement and the American workforce will begin to age rapidly. By then a whopping 73% of American workers will be 45 years old and older. These labor shortages will develop into a full fledged war for skilled workers and it's expected to get ugly out there.
