This was written from my perspective of seeing horror happen in our Homeland. We lived in Honolulu at the time, and this event was a big part in the decision to move back near our families. The incident that changed a nation also changed each of us, individually. May we remain strong & steadfast, yet never forget the scenes emblazoned before our eyes.
