The California Wildfires of June-July 2008 have been devastating. At one point folks from 42 different states had come out to help, wow, that takes a lot of coordination indeed. Now there are people flying in from other countries to help fight the Northern California Wildfires. Some say this is a bad idea to have foreigners come and fight our fires; I tend to agree to some degree.
