A group of college presidents have signed a petition attempting to spark a debate about the drinking age. They contend that lowering the age will decrease binge drinking. If that doesn't make sense to you, you're not alone. I use my personal experience will college "drinking" talks to give the real reason college big wigs want the age lowered.
