The older generations like the baby boomers and the Generation X see things quite differently compared to the newer generations like generation Y and generation Z. This gap in generations is creating a gap in thinking and mind set also. At the same time, it allows the four set of generations to cope with each other's demands and is creating a completely different set of values to suit the modern living needs.
