It is a fact of the 21st century that the developing Nations of the world are behind the pack simply because of wrong balancing of vital leadership principles that cannot be compromised. The worst still is that many younger people lack true role model of leadership ideology across these Nations, hence, avarice, corruption, violence, war and genocide becomes the last resort to wield influence on the governance of the society.
